This Saturday we will be celebrating our 8th year of opening the doors to CrossFit of Fremont. I can not believe that it has been 8 years already. We have come a long way since the double wide days at the old gym, so come and help us celebrate it!! There will be NO 10 AM CLASS THIS SATURDAY, we will have a special workout at 11 am and then hang out and BBQ after. We will have some food and drinks but it will be a pot luck style party. So please bring your favorite dish/snack/drink/etc. You don’t have to be a current member to attend. If you have been a part of the CFoF family over the years swing by and say hi. Hope to see you all there, should be good times as always!!
