Another benchmark WOD 🙂  This programming is making sure you get to test your benchmark workouts so you can have a baseline. We have a lot of new people in the gym, so this is a good opportunity to get a starting point.    For those of you that didn’t read my last blog about CrossFit girl WOD’s, the founder of Crossfit decided to  name the benchmark workouts after girls names, because he decided to follow suit with the naming convention of a storm (like a hurricane), because he says the workouts make you feel like you were hit by a storm.

Personally,  I think he should just tell people that it’s because women are stronger 🙂
