Don’t forget!! This is the week to bring your friends! The person who brings the most gets their December membership fee waived. The workouts will have modifications to cater to people who may not be familiar with the movements. They will still get a great workout.  Don’t forget to read Jeff’s guidelines that were posted, before they come in. He sent the guidelines via email, posted on the family page and posted on the blog. If you’re in a class with someone’s friend, introduce yourself. Let’s make them feel at home and show them our family environment.
