The gym is open for normal operation. The workout in the photo above is something for you to do at home, If you feel the need to self quarantine. Remember proper nutrition and exercise are the key ways to build your immune system. Don’t neglect your workouts. Otherwise, see you in class for the regular programming! We will continue extreme precautions when handling equipment, cleaning the gym, wiping everything down, washing hands, and working out within a healthy distance from one another.
