Benchmark WOD!!  Looking forward to seeing everyone in the gym tomorrow. Grace is another ‘measure of fitness’ workout. You will get to spend 12 minutes practicing your clean and jerk technique, and then you will test how well and quickly you can cycle the barbell through the movement. Get in the gym, get a score, no matter where your current progress is. You can note your time and the next time you test the workout, see how much you have improved. Get it!
