Day one in the books of our combo classes for this week. Great job Boot Campers!!! All of you came in and pushed through a really hard workout. If I had a stick of chalk in my hand after each class the whole floor could have looked like the picture above, lol. Make sure you make it in the rest of the week for all of the fun we have planned out for you.

Fight Gone Bad style (30 mins)
5 rounds with 1 minute of max reps at each station

2.) Burpees
3.) KB swings #53/35
4.) 3 Shuttle runs
