Don’t forget tomorrow’s modified schedule. 6AM is a normal class. Noon is canceled. The evening classes are all combined into one open gym session from 6 to 8 PM. Thanks for letting the trainers get away for a rest and recharge time at the lake. Saturday will still have a work out at 10 AM.
Another reminder that anyone who does not regularly come to the 6 AM class, chooses to show up tomorrow, I will do 10 Burpees for every person that shows. Since I’m coaching, I will be there at 5 AM to do the workout, so I don’t miss the programming, and for everyone that works out with me I will do 20 Burpees per person. This morning we had 18 people at the 6 AM class! Let’s see who will take the challenge and test their early morning workout skills! Make me do Burpees!

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 push press (75/55)
At 3, 2, 1, go… you will perform 1 pull up, followed by 10 push presses. Then you will move to 2 pull ups, followed by 9 push presses and so on.
