June 21st is the first official day of summer. Also, most years, the longest day of the year. It varies between June 20-22.  Summer has lots of fun things… vacations, bbq’s, beach days, etc. So much fun!! Just don’t let it be a reason not to train. Stay consistent and keep showing up. Rest days are good and necessary, but rest months are detrimental. Happy Summer!!
