Next weekend on the 25th and the 26th of August new will be hosing a CrossFit Level 1 course at the gym. We are not allowed to have anyone else in the gym other than the people who are taking the class. So we will have to CANCEL ALL CLASSES NEXT WEEKEND. That goes for all programs, CrossFit and Boot Camp so please help spread the word. I will post about it again later next week as a reminder. Sorry for having to close the gym all weekend, but on the bright side, we will end up with a lot of new trainers!!
