Quite the leg day in front of us tomorrow. Let’s use proper technique and maximize our ability. The goal is to actually get as many kettlebell swings out of the way as possible, in the first set. …and after 3 sets of 4 heavy deadlifts and a whole bunch of squats!  Happy Friday the 13th!
