Hi all,

We have to cancel Friday’s noon session. Sorry for any inconvenience. Here is the updated class schedule for Thursday and Friday (keep reading for an attendance incentive):

Thursday

6am & noon: regular class

open gym: 6-8pm

Friday

6am: regular class

noon: canceled

open gym: 6-8pm

For any member, who does not regularly show up to 6am, who shows up to the 6am class on Friday of this week only, I’ll do 10 burpees per person. Also, when I coach, I arrive at 5am so I can get the workout in. For anyone that joins me at 5am, I’ll do 20 burpees!  C’mon CFOF! Let’s see who will come to a 5 or 6am workout and make me do burpees!! If your regular class time was canceled or moved to open gym, this is a great time to challenge yourself and start your day off with a good workout.  Again, thanks for understanding.
