2- Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
3 – Front Squats
4 – Hang Power Cleans
5 – Deadlifts
6 – Pull ups
7 – KB Swings
8 – Burpees
9 – Wall Balls
10 – Pushups
11 – Box Jumps
12 – Toes 2 Bar
The workout starts with day 1. The next round is 2-1, followed by 3-2-1, etc, like the song. So movement 1 will be done all 12 rounds, and so on.
