MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning. In MixxedFit®, we work out to our favorite songs on the radio , then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging!

10-1 Russian KB swing (eye level) 53/35

1-10 burpees

*8 min cap

**The workout starts with 10 russian swings, then 1 burpee. Next round is 9 swings and 2 burpees. Continue pattern until completion of last round of 1 swing and 10 burpees.
