Hope you all had a nice weekend!  Let’s get the barbells back out tomorrow! That went well last week.  Just remember, with these lighter weights and being outside, we absolutely cannot drop the bars. We need to set them down after each movement.  We hope everyone is enjoying being back, even under the limited rules.  It has been great to see members getting at it.
