One week left until the 2020 Crossfit Open!  …however you will have until the following Monday to register and enter a score. Everyone should sign up. It’s for absolutely everyone. You will be amazed at what you can do. Go to the Crossfit games site, create an account or sign in and select the option to register. We will be doing the workouts on Fridays, at the gym, anyway… so everyone will have a score to enter. It’s FUN!!!
