Flu season is upon us! this is just a reminder to please stay home if you are sick in any way. We do high intensity workouts and breathe on wall balls, sneeze and lift a barbell, etc. it’s extremely easy to spread germs and there are some intense illnesses going around. Also, please use the Lysol wipes to wipe down your equipment. It will help limit the spreading of germs. thanks for understanding.
