This is what happens when you have a run mixed in with burpees to a 6-inch target.  And for that workout and you pick a height adjustable basketball hoop as your target. Every time poor Erick would go on his run the basketball hoop would get a little higher. By the end of the workout his target was well over a foot above his hands. Needless to say Erick’s time ever round got progressively worse and worse. Sometimes it is the little things that keep you happy as a coach, lol.
