CrossFit of Fremont Boot Camp Session #28 runs from 04/30/18 – 06/10/18.
You can drop in at any Boot Camp training session to try it out. There is a $20 drop in fee (CREDIT CARD ONLY) collected at the gym before you participate. Please forward your receipt to coach Bella ( see email below.)
We also offer a one-time FREE TRIAL Boot Camp session on Saturday’s at 8:00 am.
NEW Bootcamp Schedule for Session #27 is as follows:
- 5:00 AM to 6:00AM on MON/WED/FRI
- 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM on TUE/THURS
- 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on SATURDAY
- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on SUNDAY
- 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on MON/TUE/WED
- 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM on FRIDAY
Registration fee of $200 for each six week session gives you UNLIMITED classes each week!!! Now take as many classes as you like & get even better results!!!
**IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SIX WEEK MEMBERSHIPS –
All Boot Camp participants must use our onsite check in system before participating in any group training session. Six week memberships can be purchased after the session starts, but fees are not prorated and unused sessions are not carried over to the next session. Memberships are non-refundable. What to Expect
For one hour, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.
