Sorry for not posting the workout last night. It has been a pretty rough week for me personally. I lost a really good friend on Monday. Sometimes life just kicks you in the nutts over and over again and even the strongest of us can break for a second. I hope you have finally found your peace brotha. R.I.P. Maurice Lincoln Mathews III. I love you man and thank you for always being a great friend to me. You will be dearly missed.

I am going out of town tomorrow and I will not have any reception so I am going to post Thursday’s and Friday’s workouts on here tonight. Hope you guys all have a great weekend, hug your loved ones and tell them that you love them.
