Thank you to Gopi and Hema for dropping off some snacks for our trainers. There are countless times when our trainers should be off work but they will stay around to help some of you with movements, stretches, drills, etc. They do it out of the kindness of their hearts and their willingness to try and help all of you achieve your goals is pretty amazing. A little appreciate for it towards them goes a long way. Thanks again, you have both been a class act since the first day you walked in the gym.
