100m farmer carry after each round with DBs

“Sweat out the weekend”

4 rounds

Teams of 3 complete for time:

Partner 1 row 250 meter MAX EFFORT!

Partner 2 max burpees

Partner 3 rest

 

The pace will be set on the rower. Once the athlete is finished rowing 250 meters they rotate. Rower will go to burpees and burpees to rest. Score is fastest time and reps on burpees
