Hours for Thanksgiving Week :

Monday thru Wednesday will be normal times.

Thursday: 10am – 12p (Open gym)

Friday: 10am-12pm & 5pm-7pm (open gym)

Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to complete the workout by the time the open gym session is done.
