I know some of you were hesitant with our new programming starting and seeing some workouts with a whole different style than what you were used two. But after just a week and a half a lot of you are becoming believers. There is a lot of thought and discussion by the trainers that go into what we program. Trust the process and by summer you will be glad that you did!! It is the first week of May which means that we only have one month left of the sexy by summer contest. Power Snatch.

 

      OTM for 10 minutes: 2 reps.

 

*** Increase weight after 5 minutes.

*** These reps do not need to be touch and go, but they should keep their hands on the bar for both reps.
