Hopefully you all consumed some muscle building protein after today’s workout. Muscular overload is the perfect opportunity to grow your muscles. Tomorrow will be a whole lot of cardio. Might as well balance the week out, so far.
Continuous power snatches, for a minute at a time is exhausting. Try to pick a pace you can maintain for all 5 rounds. 1:00 is not that much rest, considering the time under tension, with a full ground to overhead movement. …and after all those snatches… bring your running shoes!! 😬
