Level 1

Deadlift.

 

       5×3 –> Every 1:30.

 

WOD: 10 rounds for time

1 power clean (80% wt used in DL)

3 V-ups

5 burpees

 

*10 min cap


Level 2

For time:

100 double unders

80 wallball

60 hang power snatch 75/55

40 T2B

20 man makers Dbs (you choose weight!)

*use extreme caution on man maker Db weight

30 min cap

Man maker sequence will be: left arm renegade row, push-up, right arm renegade row, then GTOH
