We have completely reprogrammed all of our workouts for the rest of the week. We are going to let the Boot Campers work out with the CrossFit classes so coach Bella can take some time to be with her family. There will be a few slight changes in the Boot Camp schedule due to coaching availability but we are trying to keep it as close to the original as possible. If you are in Boot Camp please feel free to keep coming in all week for the evening sessions at 6:30 pm (including Friday night not 7:30). For all of our am Boot Campers please come in and work out at 6 am Tues-Thurs. Coach Christie will be there Friday morning at 5 am. The combo classes will be large, but we will have extra coaches on hand and the movements will be able to accommodate the larger numbers. It will be a great change of pace and it will give some of our CrossFit members a chance to meet and work out with our Boot Camp members. It does not matter which program you are in, we are all here for the same reason. To get better!!! I have been a trainer for 19 years and used to run classes with 30-50 people in them all the time, we will be fine. Sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused but given the situation I hope you can all understand. I want to thank all of the trainers who are helping out and coaching the combo classes. We always say that we have the CrossFit of Fremont Family and it is great to see that when one of us needs help the others are there to step up. Please help spread the word for the modified schedule this week. Here is a list of the days and times you Boot Campers can come in.
