20 lateral burpees over the bar and 20 barbell wipers

Workout clarification:
‘Four 400s and four short couplets. To be clear on the format of the workout, on “go”, athletes run 400m, then rest until the 5:00 mark when they then perform the 20/20, resting the remainder until the 10:00 mark when they run again.’
