Hey all,

Hope you and your families have been staying safe during this whole covid situation. After 6 months we have finally gotten the all clear by the county to open the gym back up for indoor workouts!! We at CFoF are extremely excited to get inside and start lifting again. We have spent months preparing for this to try and make it as safe of an environment for our members as possible. We have all new rules set in place as far as limited class check ins, temperature checks, member spacing and equipment cleaning. Right now we are offering a modified schedule with 15 minute breaks between classes to limit the number of people in the gym at any one time. Here is our current schedule:

M-F

5am- Boot Camp

6:15am- CrossFit

Noon- CF

4:30- CF

5:45- BC

7:00pm-CF
