Normal class times this weekend

This weekend is a holiday weekend, however it won’t affect our class times.  Friday and Saturday will have normal classes. Saturday’s boot camp is at 8am and CrossFit is at 10am. Don’t forget to register ahead of time, but come get your workout on! Also... ‘quarantine...

Cleaning day!

Lots of cleans tomorrow!! When considering your working weight, keep in mind the outdoor factor and that we can’t drop the weights, so it likely won’t be a TRUE 1 rep max, especially with the fact most of us haven’t lifted heavy in 3 months.    Happy hump day!...
