Exercise and athleticism has always helped me get out of the roughest points of my life. It brings me discipline, happiness, friendship, and results. It was fueled by several inspiring factors. Bruce Lee was my hero since day I first watched him fight Kareem Abdul-Jabar and Chuck Norris. My turning point was when I was in middle school, just starting to get into sports more and one of my friends told me that I was just average in everything I did and that I didn't have what it took to excel. Now, when I'm feeling average, I do everything in my power to surpass that.
Motivation & Passion
I really became a coach to get a better understanding of what CrossFit is. I fell in love with the feeling of leaving everything on the floor when you work out, similar to a wrestling match. Once I learned the principles and applied them to myself I found out that it bears great results! Once I began coaching I started to get a sense of what it was like to help people on their journey and to share the feeling of success with them all. I actually felt responsible for some peoples success and it was a very good feeling. I became curiously optimistic that I could do this on another level. which helped me decide that I wanted to study chiropractic. This solidified my vision of creating better health for the public using a holistic and natural means to achieve wellness for all people.
