Motivation & Passion
I would love to empower all of our members to not be afraid to try something new! I am motivated by those of us who started Crossfit or are starting with no prior experience and come in at try hard everyday. New moms who may be struggling to lose that baby weight and don't want to "bulk up". Moms and Dads who juggle jobs and kids and life. Busy members who work and/or go to school all day and rush into the last class of the day to get their fitness in. Grandparents who will be able to chase their grandkids because of all the functional movements we are teaching them. Our members inspire me to be a better coach even if MY busy schedule only allows me to coach a few times a month. You all motivate me to continue to learn and become a better coach.
