have you ever done the Open?? It’s that time of year!! It will be slightly different, with all we have had going on this year, but registration is open. It’s an online competition for absolutely anyone.  There is always a scaled and RX workout. Sign up, do the workouts, enter your score and see how you rank. We will do the workouts as part of our Friday programming anyway, so you should enter 🙂
