Now that the holidays are (almost) over… its time to get back on the grind. Time to be a better you :). We are starting another 8 week food challenge.  It will begin January 6th and run through February 29th.  If you choose to register, I’ll guide you through how to eat clean, yet not eliminating your favorite foods. This is identical to the last run we just completed at the beginning of November. Many Crossfit and bootcamp members took the plunge and met their goals, and a bunch of people chose to continue to and through the holidays. You can choose to join the fb group and do the program only ($35), or you can also purchase a meal prep kit, which includes supplies to help you plan your meals. … there is also an option to buy individual supplies if you need some, but not all that is included. This isn’t just for weight loss. It can also be for lean muscle building. To sign up, register on this form. This is discounted almost 40% from what the general public would pay.
