Hollow rocks
Flutter kicks

2. 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 DU’s    (du’s must be unbroken for rx)
10 push ups between each set of du’s

*if you trip and you’re aiming for ‘RX’ then you must start that set over 🙂
