Nice job to everyone who has given outdoor fitness a shot this week.  We are all adjusting to the new ‘normal’ and finding efficient ways to run a smooth class. Some reminders and/or notes about class procedures.   When we are back and forth, in and out of the gym grabbing equipment, please don’t forget to wear your mask. Once you’re at your personal station, you can choose to remove it. Also, the mats are great, but still delicate.  We don’t know how long we have to remain outside, so when you’re moving your mat, please be sure to have a member help you. We don’t want to drag them across the ground on our own. Also, we don’t want to carry them alone, over our shoulder, because they can crack easily.

Saturday class!! There is a bootcamp class at 8am and a CrossFit class at 10am. Don’t forget to register ahead of time, as we have to abide by the limit. Thanks everyone!
