Happy Wednesday!! We have lots of clean and jerks tomorrow, and a benchmark workout for the WOD.  Keep in mind we are lifting outside and we need to make sure we don’t drop the barbells, so if this weight is too heavy to not drop, please make sure to scale and just know that we aren’t going for a PR tomorrow 🙂   Being that we haven’t lifted heavy for very long, being back, it’s a good idea to scale the weight and practice technique.

30 Clean and Jerk 135/95lbs
