Since we were locked down for Memorial Day, let’s make up for it by doing a modified Murph workout.

Monday Sept 7th

1 Mile Run

100 Pull ups (sub with DB rows)

200 Push ups

300 Sit ups

1 Mile Run

* partition the bodyweight movements however you like, but buy in and cash out with the runs.

* be smart and scale what you need.   This is a lot of load, considering all of our workouts have been somewhat modified to accommodate our limitations.
