“Turkey Day Pump Sesh”
Every 2 Minutes for 24 Minutes (6 sets of each), alternating movements
1) 5 Heavy Front Squats* (Bootcamp: 20 jumping air squats)
2) Max Reps DB Bench Press 50/35lbs (one set)
*Front Squats must be taken from the floor
