Tomorrow’s workout is a good one!  Raising the heart rate, cycling the barbell and…. more legs! 😁. Your barbell should be fairly heavy and taper off slightly. The final weight should be something you are comfortable cycling, if you were fresh. The barbell reps increase, with decreasing weight. The burpee box jumps decrease.

Spend some time thinking about what 3 weights you will use. You don’t want to spend more than 2-3 minutes, each time at the barbell. Happy cleaning!
