This is another re-test workout, but now I remember why no one remembers doing this one, when we talked about it at the 6:30 class tonight. It was the July 4th programmed workout, but we changed the workout to accommodate an open gym situation on a holiday, ha! …so let’s get a score and see how we do. Yes it is more assault bike, but we are supposed to work on our weaknesses, right? If you’re great at it, you will be greater. 🙂
