Happy hump day! Just a note about having kids in the gym.  Your kids are definitely welcome to sit while you workout. But please remind them they need to stay on the couch, in that area, clear of any workout space, and off of the equipment and mats. They can bring things to keep themselves busy, but it’s important they follow these rules, as it is a liability for the gym.

1. Conditioning
Every 3 Minutes for 21 Minutes
15 Sit Ups
9 Squat Cleans 135/95lbs
AMRAP Wallballs 20/14lbs
