1. Front Squat
Few Warm-Ups sets
then;
75% x 5
85% x 3
Shoot for new 1RM (2 tries max)

2. Metcon
18min. AMRAP:
8 Cal Assault Bike
8 Pull-Ups
10 Alt. DB Lunges 50/35s
* At minute 9 switch to 10 DB front squats 70/50lb.

Ladies can do 6 Cals
