We are going to commit to one more zoom day, in hopes that Thursday can be on site, outdoors. The air quality is finally heading in the right direction.   It got pretty bad today.

The following workout will be a Tabata style. (20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest).  Each movement will be 4 mins long (8 rounds)  for DB rows and curls, if you don’t have any weights, you can use a milk jug

Single leg V-ups (Alternating)
