I’m posting this quote as a reminder to myself that if I don’t practice the bike, I’ll never improve.  Truth is I HATE the bike. Haha…  we have a lot of it!  The secret to never having to practice the Bike is to show up early to grab a rower.   Ask Gopi. Poor guy ends up with a bike EVRY class. :). He’s great at the bike!!!  So Gopi, here’s an automatic win for you, tomorrow, ha!
