Hey everyone! It seems we are getting a bit comfortable with class start times. With these new workouts and COVID sanitizing, it’s important that classes start on time. We almost always have a lot of equipment to bring out, plus it all needs to be cleaned, which takes time.   Please try to be 5 minutes early to consider ‘on time.’ Back in the day, we had a late penalty   50 burpee’s over a paralette. We may have to reinstate the penalty 😬. It’s a good warm up.  Anyway please be mindful of the rest of the class and how efficient we have to be these days.
