it’s that time of year!!  Our annual ‘Sexy By Summer’ contest.  The contest will run from April 5th through June 4th. Here’s how it works: it’s $20 per person to enter.  You will take before and after photos. The trainers will evaluate the biggest visible change. This isn’t going to be directly related to weight loss.  Whoever wins the contest, will win ALL the cash!! Look for more details next week, but eat that burger and fries and carb load for your before photo! 😬

Monday March 29th

Back Squat (Week 4 of 20 Rep MAX )
Work up to a heavy double or single, then try and add 5-10lbs onto whatever you did last week.

3min. AMRAP:
15/12 Cal Row
Immediately into;
As many rounds as possible in remaining time of:
5 Bent over rows
6 Push-Ups
7 Front Squats 95/65lbs.

Rest 1min. Repeat For 4 Total Rounds

Need or want to scale? Just swap the numbers with 4/5/6 or whatever numbers KEEP you MOVING 🙂
