Time for a 1 rep max test.  The clock will be running and it’s only 10 minutes, so that may not be enough time for a true 1 RM, plus it’s AFTER the WOD, but get loose, create a plan and stick to it.  Be careful and be smart, but let’s see how everyone does.  We just had an open workout with very heavy cleans, so that should have helped give you an idea of a goal weight. Let’s go! 🙌🏻
