Happy thanksgiving to our CFoF family!! We hope you get some good family time and food. There are ways to enjoy a little bit of everything and not derail any nutrition progress you may be working on. Indulge in your favorites, but maintain your portions and never eat until your full or stuffed.

for your holiday workout, enjoy a little Fight Gone Bad!! We haven’t done this one in a while.  A good strategy is smart sets and make sure you allow yourself transition time to get to your next piece of equipment.  There are a couple of stations you can rack up some good numbers. You will want to be ready at the top of the minute.
open workout is from 10am – noon. Make sure you have enough time for warm up, workout, and cleanup before the doors close at noon so the trainers can get home to their families.
