Warm up:

200m run

leg swings, air squats, pigeon stretch, hip grinder (Get the knees and hips nice and warm for lots of squatting)

light DB push press, light DB front squats

warm up some thrusters and overhead squats

Conditioning

12 Overhead Squat 155/105lbs (sub: s-arm DB OHS)

60 Wallballs 20/14lbs (sub: goblet squat)

10 Overhead Squats 155/105lbs

40 Wallballs 20/14lbs

8 Overhead Squats 155/105lbs

20 Wallballs 20/14lbs
