Tuesday November 10th

1. Weightlifting

Front Squat (5-5-5-5-5)
Build to a 5 rep max front squat.

Superset each set with 10-12 Overhead bumper plate lunges on each leg.

Rest 90sec. Between Sets. Complete 4-5 Total Sets.

2. Metcon
3min. AMRAP:
3 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
